On Wednesday 20 August, we welcomed the incredibly calming presence of Jessica Gabrielli to Circle Stockdale for a cozy evening of mindfulness, movement, and tea ๐งโโ๏ธ๐

Students gathered in our Ground Floor Common Area to take a well-deserved pause from exams, assignments, and the chaos of student life. With warm herbal tea in hand, and soft meditation bells in the air we slowed down, breathed deep, and reconnected with our bodies and minds ๐ต๐ฌ๏ธ

โจ The session included:
Gentle breathing & grounding techniques
Simple movement to release tension
Tools to improve focus & reduce stress
A whole lot of chill vibes (and good tea!)

Jessicaโs guidance reminded us that calm is always available, even in the busiest weeks.
